Aquashine examined the herbs scattered around her paws. "Borage.. Catmint.." she murmured the names of herbs to herself as she insured there was enough in her store. "Burdock! I need burdock." she exclaimed as she notices only a few shrivelled roots remained. "Lilacpaw! How about I show you where to find burdock root?" Aquashine called to her apprentice and began walking towards the camp's entrance

Lilacpaw heard her mentors call, as she went up to her. "Sure!" She said. The sun was shining, it was a perfect day for a little herb-gathering. "Burdock root is for rat bites, isn't it?" She asked.

Aquashine purred, "Yup!" She sighed contentedly as the sun touched her pelt. "It's just a bit upstream from the river, this way!" She lead her apprentice to a small secluded area behind a few boulders "The best way to gather burdock is dig up the roots and bite of the stem." Aquashine explained, demonstrating. "Wanna try?"

Lilacpaw was relieved when she found out she was right. She watched as her mentor dig up the roots. "Ok" She said. Lilacpaw dug up the roots first, and then bit the stem. "Did I do it right?" She asked.

"Perfect." Aquashine approved. "I just wish I knew of more burdock, there's plenty of rats around the edge of our territory and if a patrol gets attacked I'm not sure this will be enough" she said sighing. "Guess i'll just have to tell Oceanstar not to send too many patrols near the border, better to lose prey then cats."

Lilacpaw beamed with happiness. "True, But what about when leaf-bare comes?" She asked. Her pelt shone in the sun as she awaited her mentor's answer. Did she say the wrong thing?

Aquashine's eyes narrowed in worry. "Both herbs and prey are scarce during the leafbear moons." she said "But IceClan is strong, we will get through. And if no alternative remains, we can always go to the Medicine Cats of the other Clans for help." She said more grateful then ever for the special bond between Medicine Cats. "Speaking of other Medicine Cats, we make our journey to Moon___ tonight!" she said "Let's get back to camp and tell Oceanstar we're leaving."

Lilacpaw understood. "Ok." She said, trying to be calm. This would be her first time at the moon____, so she was nervous. What would it be like? Would she be accepted? So many questions, and she had no answers. She stumbled a bit all the way to camp, where she put the burdock back into the store.

When they arrived at camp Oceanstar was already waiting for them. "Ready to start travelling to Moonsomething?" the she-cat meowed. "Yes, Oceanstar." The leader dipped her head "Then may StarClan be with you." she said.

{OOC: I asked hanna, It's the moonstone.)

"Which way is the moonstone?" Lilacpaw asked. She had heard nursery tale's about the mystically place, but had no clue of it's location. Lilacpaw eagerly awaited this day, yet at the same time feared it. She calmed herself, she would be accepted.

[OOC: KK, assuming it's at Highstones then.]

"You see those mountains in the distance?" she asked "That's Hishstones The Moonstone is in a cave we call Mouthermouth."

After the long journey to the stones the other medicine cats were already waiting for them. "This is my apprentice, Lilacpaw." she introduced her to the other cats. Aquashine leaned towards Lilacpaw, "When we get inside the cave nobody can speak until we are back outside. Touch your nose to the stone and don't tell anycat what you dream about."
